In weekendul 6-8 august va propunem o noua evadare din caldura orasului. O tura cu bicicletele in zona Bran ne va racori putin si ne va tonifia! In afara de plimbare, vom avea din nou mai multe surprize si prezentari interesante realizate in parteneriat cu GIANT Romania.

Pe parcursul weekendului, participantii vor putea testa in conditii offroad modelele MTB Giant aduse special pentru acest eveniment.

Detalii
Vineri, 6 august, se pleaca spre Bran.
Destinatia este Pensiunea Cehov, situata in Bran (dupa ce treceti de complexul Wolf si de benzinarie, virati pe primul drum la stanga - la mai putin de 100m de benzinarie, un drum ingust, semnalizat catre pensiunea MIS. Dupa circa 100 metri se face o bifurcatie, iar drumul spre stanga este semnalat catre pensiunea MIS. Tineti acest drum, circa 300 metri, si ajungeti la pensiunea Tolstoi. Pensiunea Cehov este in spate. Parcarea este intre cele doua cladiri. Va rugam parcati in parcarea pensiunii Cehov, daca va cazati la aceasta)

Sambata, 7 august

8:00-9:00: mic dejun

9:15-9:45:
Workshop tehnic:
Despre intretinerea bicicletei. Sesiune sustinuta de Muc-Off - producator UK de articole pentru intretinerea bicicletei.

9:45-10:15:
Workshop antrenament:
Despre antrenamentul pentru bicicleta. Prezentare sustinuta de ciclisti de performanta din echipa Dinamo.

Tura MTB
10:30-18:00
Tip traseu: sosea si offroad. regiune deluroasa
Distanta (estimata): 50km
Tip bicicleta: bicicleta de munte, MTB hardtail sau full-suspension.
Accesorii: casca (obligatoriu). Puteti avea in vedere urmatoarele: manusi, ochelari de soare, alimentatie (in special lichide)
Dificultate: mediu

Alte sfaturi:

• este bine sa mancati dimineata dinaintea turei. In special carbohidrati, pentru rezistenta la efort.
• daca va luati alimente cu voi, puteti opta pentru fructe uscate, banane, baruri energizante
• imbracati-va adecvat. E bine sa aveti 1-2 tricouri de schimb. Puteti considera tricourile speciale de bicicleta, sunt gandite pentru o mai buna aerisire si o uscare rapida.
• Nu este recomandabil copiilor sub 14 ani. In masura in care vor veni, vor fi insotiti de un adult. NU exista posibilitatea renuntarii pe parcurs, deoarece traseul va fi la distanta de pensiune.

In grup vor exista mai multi asistenti, pentru traseu, suport tehnic si sfaturi legate de tehnica de riding.

Seara:
- Cina va fi gatita la comun, gen gratar. Bauturi: apa, sucuri, bere si vin.


Duminica, 8 august
Tura MTB de revenire.
10:30 - plecare in tura MTB.

La revenirea din tura se va organiza o tombola. Vom avea 3 castigatori care vor primi:
- premiul 3 - Manusi Giant
- premiul 2 - Set scule TACX
- premiul 1 - Set produse de intretinere Muc-Off

Pot participa si bikeri cazati in alta parte, optiunea de cazare fiind decizia fiecaruia.

Pentru inchiriere biciclete si pentru transport (in limita stocului disponibil), va rugam sa ne contactati.

Pentru cazarea in pensiunea Cehov, se va plati un avans de 50% pana marti, 3 august. Plata se poate efectua in magazinele HyperSport.

Atentie: in pensiunea Cehov nu se fumeaza (se poate folosi terasa pentru acest scop). De asemenea, nu este permis accesul cu animale de companie. In cazul in care doriti sa veniti cu un animal de companie, aveti posibilitatea cazarii la pensiunea Tolstoi. Va rugam sa ne anuntati din timp pentru a putea rezerva.

Evenimentul se inscrie in programul HyperSport LifeStyle, prin care se urmareste cresterea practicarii sportului la nivel de masa. NU este o competitie ciclista, este doar o plimbare cu bicicletele intr-un mediu natural foarte placut.

On Aug 6-8 we propose an escape from the heat of the city.
A new MTB weekend in the beautiful Bran surroundings.
The trip will be enriched with events and and add-ons thank to the event sponsor Giant Romania.

During the weekend, participants may test various MTB models brought by Giant for this event.

Details
Friday, Aug 6th, we leave for Bran. Final point is Pensiunea Cehov, located in Bran (after passing "Wolf" supermarket and the gas station, turn on the first street on the left - in about 100 m from the gas station, a narrow street signaled as the way to "Pensiunea MIS". In about 100m, keep left, following the sign "pensiunea MIS". In about 300m you will reach pensiunea Tolstoi. Cehov is right behind. The parking area is between the two buildings.


Saturday, Aug 7th

9:15-9:45:
Tech Workshop:
Bike maintainance. Session sponsored by Muc-Off - UK producer of bike care top class products.

9:45-10:15:
Training Workshop:
Training for improved biking performance. Presented by pro bikers from Dinamo cycling team.


10:30-18:00
Trail: road and offroad. hilly area
Distance (estimated): 50km
Bike: recommended: mountain bike, MTB hardtail or full-suspension
Accessories: helmet. You could also consider: gloves, sun glasses, nutrition (mainly drinks)
Level: medium

Other tips:

• it is recommended you eat in the morning. Mainly carbohydrates, to increase performance in long lasting effort.
• You may have some fruits or energy bars with you
  
• Get properly dressed for biking. It is good to have an extra t-shirt to change afterwards.
  
• Not recommended to kids under 14 years old. If kids are coming, they must be accompanied by an adult. Provided any participant gives up during the ride, he/she will be responsible for returning to the chalet.

There will be assistants in the group for route, technical support and advising on riding techniques.

Evening:
- Grill dinner (including drinks - water, juices, beer & wine)

Sunday, Aug 8

MTB (recovery session)
10:30 - we leave for a shorter trip, around 10-15 km.

Upon return from the ride, we will have a draw. The following prizes are provided by our sponsor GIANT Romania:

For accommodation, an advance payment of 50% is to be paid until Tuesday, Aug 3rd. Payment could be made in any HyperSport shop.

NB: smoking is not allowed in Cehov (terrace is an option for this purpose). Pets are not allowed as well. In case you want to come with a pet, please let us know in advance in order to check room availability in Tolstoi chalet, near Cehov.

The event is part of the HyperSport LifeStyle program, which aims at increasing the practice of sports at mass level. It is NOT a cycling competition, just a cross coutry ride in a great natural environment.
