As you surely want to practice, we can provide some guidelines. Apologies for having our suggestions only for Bucharest so far, but here is where most of the expat community is located.

Tennis: Atlantis Club (Pipera), Herastrau Park, Pescariu Tennis Club

Squash: World Class (Marriott)

Swimming: World Class (Radisson, Marriot – smaller pool), Atlantis, Pescariu

Gym: World Class (Radisson, Marriot, Jolie Ville), Atlantis, Pescariu

Jogging – most people use to run in Herastrau park

Golf – Clubul Diplomatic

Spinning / cycling: World Class (Radisson, Marriott, Jolie Ville)

Biking – road biking in Bucharest is still a challenge, there are steps taken each year to improve it. Offroad biking could be done mainly in Baneasa, Cernica or Snagov forests.

Mountain Biking – outside Bucharest – could be done in various places. HyperSport is organizing several trips into the mountains with groups of bikers. Please let us know is you are interested (contact@hypersport.ro)
